My story
There was a season in my life when I felt completely overwhelmed — anxious, exhausted, and quietly wondering if I would ever feel like myself again. I was doing all the "right" things on the outside, but on the inside I was struggling in ways I didn't know how to name.
It was in that hard, humbling season that God met me in a way I hadn't expected. Not with a quick fix or a tidy answer, but with His presence, His Word, and the gentle work of untangling the lies I had believed about myself for years.
That journey changed everything. It led me to training as a life coach, deepened my faith in ways I never anticipated, and gave me a heart for women who are walking through their own hard seasons — women who are ready to stop just surviving and start truly living.

I believe that lasting change doesn't come from willpower or a better strategy — it comes from truth. God's truth about who you are, what you're worth, and what He has for your future.
My approach blends evidence-based coaching tools with the timeless wisdom of Scripture. Together, we'll identify the patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck, and replace them with a foundation that actually holds.
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions, listening deeply, and trusting that God is already at work in your story — even in the parts that feel broken.
